I called, scheduled, rescheduled, and finally arrived at the Bishop shop in Edwards. The employees were accommodating every step of the way and exceeded expectations by far.
I had 2 new pairs of alpine skis mounted by Bishop in an hour and half. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
I’ve put 6 or 7 days this season on my skis and the wife has put 2 on hers. Everything’s skiing excellently and the work is much tighter than other ski shops I’ve used.
They even made sure to show me the right way to get out of our bindings (check their ig for the tutorial, worth it), after adjusting the boot fit to a proper length. Prob because they could see I was chipping their pretty bindings paint jobs, and I can’t blame them.
Anyone on the mountain that looks at our setups (178 Professor 121s w BMF, and 152 Bella 106s w BMF/R) is curious about what we are skiing on. They look amazing and ski even better. I won’t say they cruise as smooth and fast as Chedis, but we loooove twin fat flared tips, what can I say? I hear you yelling Powderhound. I’ve demoed them and they are excellent but they don’t come short enough for her and I have a great relationship with my 121s.
If you are thinking of getting your skis mounted by Bishop, please do. The team was very skilled and helpful. I know I’ll be going to them in the near future with more skis.
Appreciate it Bishop Team, see you at Monarch.
Thank you, Dave!!
We admit those setups look super badass, even without the Bishop skis! See you soon.
