When you switch to NTN (or back to 75mm) You keep the same powerful, step-in binding with brake, and that sweet progressive boot flex. The conversion requires a different toe cage and takes about an hour, some special tools (see below) and mechanical skill.

Tools needed: Heat Gun (hairdryer or lighter in a pinch), T2O torx driver, 2x T3O torx drivers, 2x 3.0 mm hex drivers, vice grips, 2-part epoxy (e.g. Gorilla two part epoxy)

75mm to NTN conversion kit: Select this kit to allow your BMF bindings to work with NTN Telemark Boots the "New Telemark Norm". These are a newer style of boot that has a short toe similar to Alpine or AT ski boots.

NTN to 75mm conversion kit: Select this kit to allow your BMF bindings to work with the older telemark standard, 75mm Telemark Boots. also called "duck bill" telemark boots.

In both cases, your bindings will be attached to the back heel of the boot for a sweet, natural flex. The Real Heel Feel.

Note: the BMF/3 conversion is more expensive as it is the entire front end of the binding.

Not hard at all to convert wish I could have

Not hard at all to convert wish I could have found 75mm boot . Just bought the bindings last year and really like them. But my boots (20yrs old ) were starting to split at the bellows. So I had to upgrade. Scarpa had a sale.

75mm --> NTN

Bought this for my husband to switch 75mm-->NTN after Scarpa released a 30.5 NTN boot. Previous set up was 75mm w/Crispi XR boot w/Bishop BMF. He prefers new NTN set up thanks to this conversion kit. Service and communication from Bishop was (as always) exemplary.
